Returns & Exchanges

How Do I Return an Item?

To start a return or exchange, please email us at:

info@coloradoskishop.com

Please include:

  • Name on the order

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Once approved, customer service will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#).


Important Return Rules

  • Write your RA# clearly on the outside of the package.

  • Returns without a valid RA# may be refused.

  • Approved returns must arrive within 10 days of the RA# being issued.

  • Packages must be returned prepaid by the customer.

  • We strongly recommend using:

    • Shipping insurance

    • A tracking number


Return Eligibility

We stand behind every product we sell with a satisfaction guarantee.

Eligible merchandise may be returned for a full refund of the item price if:

  • The item is new and unused

  • Returned in original packaging

  • In resalable condition

  • Returned within 14 days of receipt


Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Bikes

  • Mounted skis

  • Rentals not canceled at least 48 hours before pickup

No exceptions.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If free shipping was included with your purchase and the item is returned, the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Standard Shipping Deductions

  • Ski Boots: $40

  • Skis & Snowboards: $75

  • Miscellaneous Items: $25

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

If we shipped the wrong item:

  • A prepaid return label (call tag) will be issued

  • All shipping charges will be refunded


Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee may apply if:

  • The package arrives without a valid RA#

  • The return arrives outside the required return window


Return Packaging Requirements

Returned items must include:

  • Original packaging

  • Manufacturer boxes/containers

  • Manuals and documentation

  • Warranty cards

  • Accessories and included parts

Items not returned in original condition may be denied or subject to additional fees.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Refunds are processed after the warehouse:

  1. Receives the return

  2. Inspects the item

  3. Approves the return

Processing typically takes up to 5 business days after delivery.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Please allow up to 72 hours for credit card refunds to appear on your statement after processing.


Boot Returns

Please review all boot fitting and sizing information carefully before returning ski boots. If you have questions regarding fitment, contact customer service before initiating a return.
