How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

My order never arrived.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

Here at Coloradoskishop.com we strive to get all orders out in a timely manner. Skis that need mounting will usually take 1-2 days longer to process. During the holidays we understand how important it is to receive your packages on time, Therefore if you order by December 15th we can still get it anywhere in the country, by December 24th. using Free Ground Shipping (shipping delays due to weather are exempted) After this date we encourage you to use our other expedited services instead to guarantee delivery. 3 day air and 2 day air will be delivered on the 3rd business day and 2nd business day respectively. Therefor the cut off day and time for 3 day air is December 21st at 12:00 noon EST. and December 22nd by 12:00 noon EST. Please be aware the shipping delays due to weather conditions are not within our control and will void the guarantee arrival.

If you decide to return an item, You have 14 days from receipt to request an RMA. Shipping is not refundable. Return shipping is your responsibility.
All Claims for damaged product must be claimed within 48 hours of receipt.If an item is received damaged, all packing materials must be retained until an investigation is completed. Pictures of damaged item may be required and must be provided upon request.

All skis are ship unmounted unless otherwise requested.In no instance are dins set on bindings and all skis and bindings must be inspected and check by a certified binding mechanic prior to use.Simply look for thelogo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $50 or more, your order ships FREE! Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from this offer.Some oversized packages like bikes, etc. may be excluded. Free shipping does not include return shipping.

How do I return an item?

Return PolicyRentals are not returnable if not cancelled within 48 hours of pick up date. No exceptions.

Every item we sell comes with  satisfaction guarantee.  We will issue a full refund on merchandise that is new or unused and returned with the original packaging in resalable condition within 14 days of receipt. This does not include skis that have been mounted. These are considered a final sale.  No shipping charges are refunded. If free shipping was offered and an item is returned Standard shipping charges will apply and be deducted from refund.  Standard shipping charges are $20 for boots and $40 for skis. All returns that have been approved must arrive within 10 days of date Ra# was issued. If an item was shipped incorrectly by us a call tag will be issued and all shipping charges will be refunded.  Buy with confidence.

Please provide our associate with the following:

  2. Order #
  3. What it is that you wish to return?
  4. Reason for return?
  5. Write your RA # on the outside of the box clearly so our warehouse can clearly identify your return for swift processing.

3. Please make sure that you have written your Ra# clearly on the outside of the box. If the steps are not taken the following may apply:

  1. Your item may be refused
  2. There may be a 15% re-stocking fee applied to packages arriving without a valid RA# or that are returned outside the time window of 10 days after RA issued.
  3. All items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories.
  4. Packages must be returned prepaid.
  5. Refunds will only be made via the method in which the order was paid.
  6. We strongly suggest sending returns insured for the full value and with a tracking number to insure a full and prompt refund.
  7. All shipping and insurance charges will be refunded for product shipped in our error.
