Position Summary

The Shipping Manager is responsible for overseeing all shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations to ensure products are processed accurately, efficiently, and safely. Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Order Processing

• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare shipments using shipping software and carrier systems
• Print shipping labels, packing slips, and invoices
• Ensure all outgoing shipments are packaged properly and securely
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with shipping carriers

Receiving & Inventory

Key Responsibilities

Ski & Snowboard Service

• Mount ski bindings according to manufacturer specifications
• Adjust and test bindings using proper DIN settings and testing procedures
• Perform ski and snowboard tuning, waxing, edging, and base repairs
• Inspect equipment for safety, damage, and wear
• Assist with boot fittings and equipment setup
• Maintain accurate service records and work orders

Customer Service

• Assist customers with equipment recommendations and service needs
