I can make no comment, as I have as yet to receive the gloves. From what I can tell, this was gross mismanagement on the part of your carrier, UPS, with no response on their part, or explanation. While it arrived at Hodgins, ILL, it was then shipped to Phoenix AZ where it sat there for days, then re-shipped to IL, where it sat there for days again.Just this morning, I see it was finally shipped
